How much input do I have on my styling and look? Do you use makeup artists and stylists?

Ideally, all photo sets should be about who you truly are and what you want to express. There are a couple of makeup artists we like and have worked with from time to time. And we very frequently have some clothing on hand from a variety of designers we do fashion press coverage on. In general, however, we prefer to work with people who have their own style and then we shoot those subjects as they really are, doing themselves up the way they normally would. Even for science fiction and fantasy costume shoots, we prefer to work with people who enjoy costuming as a hobby and might actually go out to a convention or other event dressed like that. Blue Blood is about immortalizing the real, genuine, quirky you.
